Overview
Hotfix to CX Assurance onprem instances in docklands to fix the outbound campaign issues reported for DTMF scenarios.
Technical Notes
Outbound campaigns were not working for DTMF cases. As part of this release a fix is made to sort the issue.
On Production Onprem instances, memory utilizations and new thread creation keeps increasing which causes out of memory over a period of time, improvements have been made to rectify this in this release.
