The Alerts Summary section represents a breakdown of the alerts and severity for the selected platform(s). There are two available views:
- Alert Level View
- Platform View
For more information on how to change the view, see Alerts Summary View.
Alert Level View
The following example shows the Alert Level view.
- Notice each alert, such as Critical, Major, Minor, etc. (1)
- The number located next to each alert is the total alert count for the selected platform(s). (2)
Platform View
The following example shows the Platform view.
- Click on the platform name, such as CISCO, to be taken to the PLATFORM page for more information. (1)
- Click on the alerts box to the right of the platform name to open a panel that provides a list of the alarms. (2)
- Perform one or more of the following actions:
- Select an alarm(s) (1); then click Acknowledge to acknowledge and remove the alarm. (2)
- Select an alarm(s); then click the drop-down next to Snooze (3) to delay the alarm for an hour (default), week, month, or custom time period. To specify a custom date and time period, use the clock and calendar icons. Click Apply.
- If a grey circle appears on the top right corner of the alert count, as shown below, it means one or more alerts have been set to “SNOOZE”.
