The REPORTS tab provides a list of the User and Tenant reports. It also provides a Nectar catalog of reports for different vendors and platforms that can be downloaded. You can add a new User or Tenant report, make changes to an existing report, copy a report to create a new report, and/or delete a report. You can also add or edit a report schedule.
Reports are made up of one or more “widgets”. A report widget can consist of a table, graph or text that can provide insights into the performance and usage of the system. Report widgets are grouped into 4 categories:
Universal
Cisco
EPC (Endpoint Client)
Microsoft (Teams)
Universal widgets are those that work across multiple telephony platforms, while the other categories are specific to that platform. For example, Microsoft widgets will focus on Teams-specific aspects that do not apply to other platforms, such as conferencing and call queue/auto-attendant widgets.
Special note regarding Microsoft Teams Call Queue/Auto-Attendant report widgets
Since Microsoft does not expose the necessary data to properly generate call queue/auto-attendant reports such as Agent activity and time-on-hold, Nectar DXP attempts to create this information using the generic CallRecord API, which is intended solely for the consumption of Teams call and conference data. While the results are generally acceptable in many cases, this is done on a best-effort basis, and Nectar cannot guarantee the accuracy of the resulting data.
When you click on REPORTS, the Report List page opens with the following four tabs:
My Reports
Tenant Reports
Nectar Catalog
Upload Reference Files
These tabs are described in the following sections.
