      The Quality Details tab serves as a home for QOS data when DXP receives separate records for QOS and CDR data (E.g. Avaya).

      • It can be navigated in the same manor as the Call Details Tab. 
      • For guidance on utilizing the Core Filters, Advanced Filters, Rule Builder, and Sessions histogram, please view the corresponding sections in the previous article on the Call Details Tab . 
      • For guidance on viewing specific sessions, please the article covering Session Pages.
      • One difference between the two tabs is that the Quality Details tab includes a slightly different Quality section on its main screen, compiling a list of all applicable streams instead of breaking down by modality and session type:
