Configuration (PUM)

This article will cover setting up Partial User Monitoring in the Configuration tab of Advanced Settings using two methods: Active Directory Group and Manual User List

PUM by Active Directory Group

First, navigate to the Data Sources header in the Configuration:

Next, navigate to Microsoft Teams and click Add Source or Edit an Existing Source:

Select the Partial User Monitoring header and click the toggle:

Select "By AD Group" for the method:

Lastly, set a value for Maximum Allowed and select a Monitoring Group, and click Save

PUM by Manual User List

First, navigate to the Data Sources header in the Configuration:

Next, navigate to Microsoft Teams and click Add Source or Edit an Existing Source:

Select the Partial User Monitoring header and click the toggle:

Select "Manual User List" for the method:

Set a value for Maximum Allowed then use the file selector under Import Users to upload the user list, and click Save
