Advanced Settings

To access advanced WebRTC settings:

  2. Click Advanced Settings.

3. The following options will appear

Enable Silent Login allows Nectar WebRTC to use your browser's corporate credentials to authenticate without requiring you to manually enter your credentials.

For example, if you are signed in to Chrome with your corporate account, enabling this option can allow Nectar WebRTC to sign you in silently.

Prerequisite: SSO must be configured in Nectar DXP.

Basic Authentication allows you to sign in using your Nectar DXP account credentials when SSO is not enabled.

Prerequisite: Your credentials must be configured in Nectar DXP.

Either Basic Authentication or Silent Login can be selected, but not both.

Enable Nectar Monitor is an administrator-controlled setting that allows the Nectar WebRTC monitoring popout to be displayed in the browser.

If Nectar Monitor is disabled but is required for your deployment, contact Nectar Support.

Maximum Call History limits the number of calls displayed in the WebRTC Recent Calls history.
