This course is for any person responsible for administering and evaluating the operation of an IVR.
Course Objectives
Provide the information necessary for you to:
- Access and use the CX Assurance documentation.
- Summarize the opportunities addressed by CX Assurance
- Describe the mechanisms used by CX Assurance to monitor devices.
- Define the primary terms used in CX Assurance
- Discuss CX Assurance architectural concepts.
- Navigate the CX Assurance management UI.
- Generate CX Assurance scripts from an existing IVR.
- Create and modify CX Assurance scripts.
- Create a CX Assurance campaign and run it against an IVR.
- Examine CX Assurance reporting.
Course Highlights
This course will help you to:
- Locate and use the CX Assurance-related reference resources.
- Discuss the purpose of CX Assurance.
- Describe how CX Assurance is used to test the customer’s IVR.
- Examine the CX Assurances management UI.
- Explain the use of each of the navigation panel’s options.
- Provide an example of how CX Assurance scripts are created, added to a campaign, and then run against a customer’s IVR.
