    The following Release Notes lists the new features, enhancements, and resolved issues included in the CXA 2024.0 product release. The following provides an overview of the release.

    • Upgrade the Liferay version from 6.2 to 7.4.
    • Upgrade XMS to 5.1 SU5.
    • Upgrade Java/JDK to Amazon Corretto 11.0.22.7.1. 
    • Added Test Results Summary for a Campaign.
    • Added Support for WIM - Headed and Headless Browser for test cases. 
    • Added Export from Discover IVR and Import into Genesys Cloud. 

    Features/Enhancements

    • CXA-1750 - Enhanced Swagger authentication.
    • CXA-2937 - Report Dashboard - Added a new panel that provides a summary of the test results for a selected campaign.
    • CXA-3356 - Upgraded JDK version from 11.0.15 to 11.0.22  - Amazon Corretto (11.0.22.7.1).
    • CXA-3372 - Test Case Manager - Text-to-Speech (TTS) Profile - Added Speech voice/gender drop-down configuration options.
    • CXA-3431 - Test Case Manager - Added support to run voice test case for both inbound/outbound associated to the Web.
    • CXA-3437 - Added support for WIM-headed and headless browser for test cases. 
    • CXA-3443 - Discover and Design - Added Genesys autodiscovery export/import call flow.  
    • CXA-3459 - Settings - Added Event Bridge enhancements (Events to Send: Successful, Failure, and Aborted).
    • CXA-3512 - Liferay version upgraded from 6.2 to 7.4.

    • CXA-2746 - Test Case Manager - Replaced colon (:) with underscore (_) as time delimiter when exporting all test cases. 
    • CXA-2771 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with creating a new web test case after editing a web test case. 
    • CXA-3229 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with searching and viewing all test case failures.
    • CXA-3231 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with missing information in email alarms. 
    • CXA-3348 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with editing a Test Step using PESQ. 
    • CXA-3414 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with deleted campaigns and reports.

    • CXA-3492 - Web Interaction Manager - Resolved issue with a web test case and non-headless browser mode.
    • CXA-3498 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with Discover IVR and play back recording controls.
    • CXA-3500 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with a new test case and adding a PESQ file to a test step.
    • CXA-3538 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with Campaign status showing "In Progress" when the campaign is forcefully stopped.
    • CXA-3543 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with scheduled reports for a test case and the 500 record limit.
    • CXA-3555 - Resolved issue with running a test via the API and the original execution ID test result is Null instead of Fail.
    • CXA-3559 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with running a Campaign with a data-driven test case and a linked CSV file.
    • CXA-3567 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with old report still showing an "In-Progress" status when a new report is scheduled.  
    • CXA-3578 - Report Dashboard/Recording Transcription - Resolved issue with not showing the recording transcription for local users when enabled. 
    • CXA-3579 - Settings - Resolved issue with changing the language to English (US). 
    • CXA-3600 - Settings - Resolved issue with retrieving a link to recordings using API. 
    • CXA-3613 - Campaign Manager - Resolved issue with multiplying email addresses when exporting a campaign/test cases into Microsoft Excel.
    • CXA-3614 - Campaign Manager - Resolved issue with using a data-driven campaign and two ports.
