This course is for Internal Nectar and Partner resources, including Pre-Sales Support Engineers and Solution Architects, who will be involved in the design of customer UC management solutions.
Course Objectives
Supply the information necessary for you to:
- Access and use the Foundation APM documentation
- Summarize the opportunities addressed by Foundation APM
- Describe the mechanisms used by Foundation APM to monitor devices
- Define the primary terms used in Foundation APM
- Describe how Foundation APM can be used in some of the more common UC infrastructures
- Complete the steps in the Foundation APM design process
- Design a Foundation APM Design solution from data and diagrams provided
- Complete a Foundation APM design document for your solution

- Most effectively use the Foundation APM-related reference resources
- Summarize the opportunities addressed by Foundation APM
- Discuss the Foundation APM architectural concepts
- Describe the mechanisms used by Foundation APM to monitor devices
