    Article summary

    The Details tab provides the following sections:

    • Alerts Summary
    • Current Events 
    • Historic Events

    Alerts Summary

    The Alerts Summary section represents a breakdown of alerts based on the level of severity from Good to Critical. The numbers in each square represent current events. Additionally, for each alert level, you can see a sparkline that shows the increase/decrease tendency within the period selected in the filter and provides an historical view on the specific level of events.

    The Alerts Summary section represents data from the EVENTS tab.

    Current Events

    This section provides a list of the current events that are summarized in the Alerts Summary.

    • Click the Columns drop-down to select or de-select the columns/data you want to view.
    • Click the Show drop-down to select how many events to view per page. The default is 10.
    • You can use the Search box to search for an event(s).

    Based on the selected columns, the following information is provided.

    Column Name

    Description

    Alert Level

    Identifies the alert level for the event.

    Component Name

    Identifies the component associated with the event.

    Event Description

    Provides a description of the event.

    Last Occurrence

    Identifies the time and date of the last occurrence of the event.

    First Occurrence

    Identifies the time and date of the first occurrence of the event.

    Event ID

    Identifies the event

    • Click on any column heading to sort the events by that column in ascending or descending order. 
    • When you click on an event, the View Event panel opens with details about the event.

    In some cases, when you click on an event, you also see the Go to section of the panel.

    • If you click a SERVER button, you will be taken to the PLATFORM tab for more information.
    • If you click a CLUSTER button, you will be taken to the PLATFORM tab for more information.

    Historic Events

    This section provides event information for historical analysis.  

    • Click the Columns drop-down to select or de-select the columns/data you want to view.

    • You can use the Search box to search for an event(s).
