When you click on the Platform tab, you will see the DID Management option, which tracks the usage of phone numbers in supported platforms (currently, only Skype for Business). Users can input the phone numbers assigned to them via their telephony provider by either web UI or from a csv file. The numbers are then matched against any phone numbers in use by existing users or services. Administrators can then easily track usage and know what numbers are available for new users or services.
This page consists of the following three sections:
- Allocation
- All Service Locations
- All Numbers
