This section enables you view and configure User Mappings.
It is listed under Admin -> General Settings -> User Mapping
Filters
Upon entering User Mappings, there will be several filtering options available:
The first group of filters will allow you to filter Active or Inactive users.
The second group of filters will allow you to filter based off the Platforms associated with the users.
User List
Below the filter panels, all selected users will be listed.
Each row will correspond to a user, with columns displaying their activity, email, phone number, username, etc.
Use the Columns selector to toggle visible columns on the table.
Use the action button to View or Edit the user.
Use the Search bar to quickly find a user.
Manual Mapping
To manually map a data source to a user, first search for the user's base profile, then use the action button to select Edit.
Next, use the search bar above Mapped to locate the desired data source.
Click the + to select the desired data sources, and when finished select Add.
Finally, click Save.
