# Quality Details Tab

The **Quality Details** tab serves as a home for QOS data when DXP receives separate records for QOS and CDR data (E.g. Avaya).

- It can be navigated in the same manor as the **Call Details Tab****.**

- One difference between the two tabs is that the **Quality Details** tab includes a slightly different **Quality** section on its main screen, compiling a list of all applicable streams instead of breaking down by modality and session type:
