Live enables you to view live session and conference data for supported platforms. You can specify the session data you want to view using the filters at the top of the page, which are applied to all sections.
This page consists of the following sections:
- Filters
- Live Sessions
- Live Conferences
- Session List
Filters
- Select the filter(s) you want to use and click Apply:
Filter | Description |
Time Period | Select one of the following options to specify the time period for the data you want to view.

Quality | Select to view sessions of a certain quality only.
|
Platform | View sessions coming from certain platforms, such as Cisco CMS or Video Endpoint. |
- To reset the filters to the default values, click Reset Filter.
Live Sessions
The Live Sessions histogram shows a graphical representation of all modality types based on the applied filters, including the total number of sessions, audio and video calls, and app sharing.
- You can specify sessions and modalities to show on the histogram using the Graphs button in the upper right corner.
- The histogram refreshes every minute and reflects up-to-date data based on the selected period.
Live Conferences
The Live Conferences histogram shows a graphical representation of live conferences on supported platforms based on the applied filters.
- The histogram refreshes every minute and reflects up-to-date data based on the selected period.
- You can use the sliders below the histogram to choose the time period.
Session List
The Session List shows all live sessions on supported platforms based on the selected time period and data filters.
- To view all available columns that can appear in the list, click the Columns button in the upper-right corner; then select the ones you want to use.
- You can also select how many sessions to view per page using the Show list.
