Click **Add Room**. Enter the following information to create an alert: | **Parameter** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | Room Name | Enter the name of the room. | | Business Unit | Select the business unit(s) associated with this conference room using the drop-down. | | Location | Click in the field and select the location of the conference room. | 3. Click **Add**. Or, click **Cancel**. The new room is added to the list of conference rooms in the **Rooms List** section. ### *Edit Room* 1. Click the **Edit**  button next to the room you want to edit. Make changes to the parameters, as needed. 3. Click **Save**. Or, click **Cancel**. ### *Delete Room* 1. Click the **Delete** button next to the room you want to delete. Click **Delete**. Or, click **Cancel**. The room is removed from the list of conference rooms in the **Rooms List** section. ### *Export Rooms* 1. Click **Export**. Click **Export Anyway.** Or, click **Cancel**. A CSV file is downloaded with the conference room data. ## Devices This next section will cover the **Devices** tab, which serves as a central hub for all of your organization's devices that were connected to Nectar DXP.
