Click the drop-down arrow next to the user login in the upper right area of the window and select Account Settings

Account Settings enables you to change the following settings:

  • Date/Time Format and Time Zone
  • Nectar Diagnostics Configuration
  • Alerts Summary View

You can also use Account Settings to generate API tokens.

Date/Time Format & Time Zone

Use the following information to change the preferred language, time and date format, and/or time zone.

Filter

Description

Preferred Language

  • Click the drop-down and select the language you want to use.
  • Supported languages are English and Canadian French.
  • Once the preferred language is selected, all components across the application are updated to show the preferred language.

Time Format

  • Click the drop-down and select the format you want to use.
  • Supported formats are 12H and 24H.
  • Once the time format is selected, all components across the application where time is displayed are automatically updated.

Date Format

  • Click the drop-down and select the format you want to use.
  • Supported formats are MM/DD/YYYY and DD/MM/YYYY.
  • Once the date format is selected, all components across the application where date is displayed are automatically updated.

Time Zone

  • Click the drop-down and select the time zone you want to use.
  • Once the time zone is selected, all components across the application where time is displayed are automatically updated to show time in the selected time zone.

Nectar Diagnostics Configuration

This feature enables the user to launch the UCD UI from the Session Details page (in CALL DETAILS) to see more details about the call from UCD.

Follow these steps to configure Nectar Diagnostics for a particular tenant.

Note:
This feature requires an Administrator to have previously configured Nectar Diagnostics Integration.

  1. Enter the User Name and Password.
  2. Click Configure.

Alerts Summary View

Select one of the following options to change the view of the Alerts Summary on the SUMMARY page:


  • Alert Level: This is the default view on the SUMMARY page. Shows the alert levels.

  • Platform: Click the drop-down and select Platform to change the Alerts Summary view to the selected platform view, such as Cisco.

API Token Authentication

Use this menu to generate API tokens to connect external applications with Nectar DXP.

First click on Generate API Access Token, then the following menu appears:

  • Enter a Name for the token.
  • Specify the Validity Period (in days).

Then, copy down the Access and Refresh tokens.

Viewing Tokens
Please note that tokens are only visible during generation. If the tokens are not copied immediately, new ones will need to be generated.

To delete a token, click the trash icon in the Actions column of the corresponding token.
