Nectar Catalog

The Nectar Catalog contains a list of pre-defined reports that can be used or modified, making it easy for your organization to build custom reports for specific functions.

When you click on Reports, the Report List page opens. Click the Nectar Catalog tab to view a list of available reports and descriptions .


Navigating the Nectar Catalog

Like most tables in DXP, you can utilize the search bar to locate the appropriate report in the catalog, searching for key words like {Platform} or {Metric}.

Below is a comprehensive list of platforms in the Nectar Catalog:

  • Avaya
  • Cisco
  • MS Skype (Retired)
  • MS Teams
  • Nectar Endpoint Client
  • Universal (All Platforms)
  • Zoom

Below is a list of some commonly used key words:

  • Volume
  • Location
  • User
  • Summary

Downloading Reports from the Nectar Catalog

Downloading A Single Report

  1. Click the Download Report button in the Actions column next to a report. The Download Report dialog opens.
  2. When the Download Report dialog opens, select whether you want the report to land in My Reports or Tenant Reports, rename the report if desired, then click Download.
  3. The new report appears in the Report Name column under the Reports tab. 

Downloading Multiple Reports

  1. Click the check box next to each report you want to include in the download.
  2. Click Batch Download. The Batch Download Reports dialog opens.

  1. Select User Report or Tenant Report using the drop-down.
    Batch Download Error
    The dialog box will automatically display the error message below, if no reports are listed then continue.
  2. Click Batch Download. The new reports appear in the previously selected location.
