• Improved support for VPN networking and split tunneling
• Enhanced P2P network-capacity measurement
• Improved TLS 1.3 management connections with load balancing
Test Resource Management
• Test resources are dynamically reserved for each test interval
• Improved efficiency and flexibility compared to the previous static reservation model
• Improved handling of concurrent P2P test activity
Administration & Troubleshooting
• Remote EPC activity logs can be retrieved and filtered
• Improved logging behavior for large log and database files
• Improved EPC startup and shutdown behavior across supported platforms
Resolved Issues (Since 3.1.156)
P2P & Network Testing
• Improved distribution of P2P tests across scheduled intervals to reduce burst CPU load and aggregate bandwidth usage
• Resolved P2P group tests incorrectly transitioning from Running to Failed after scheduled iterations completed
• Resolved P2P testing issues on Windows where UDP packets were not received
• Resolved P2P testing issues on Ubuntu 26.04 that could cause the ring buffer to fill rapidly during concurrent background video tests
• Corrected P2P capacity and test-start rejection reporting when an EPC reaches its licensed test capacity
• Improved ping test handling when an EPC temporarily does not have an IP address
DNS & Traceroute
• Resolved Windows traceroute failures caused by improper processing of UDP DNS responses
• Corrected IPv6 DNS query behavior when a specific source interface is selected
• Resolved DNS-over-TCP query handling when the first DNS server has a delayed response
• Corrected incorrectly formatted DNS PTR queries generated by traceroute on Ubuntu
• Corrected traceroute hop-delay reporting when delays exceed 500 ms
SIP & VoIP
• Improved handling of SIP registration when changing transport from TCP to TLS
• Resolved SIP OPTIONS and voice/video conferencing test result records when an EPC is registered through a TLS proxy
• Corrected parsing of SIP Via headers containing commas or spaces
• Improved root CA certificate handling for SIP registration on Ubuntu
• Resolved an issue where Chromebook EPCs required a restart before certificates were used for TLS registration
HTTP / HTTPS
• Restored the User-Agent string in HTTP/HTTPS headers
• Improved HTTP/HTTPS test reliability across supported platforms
DHCP & Network Services
• Resolved an issue preventing DHCP tests from starting after a previous test was aborted
• Improved network session recovery following aborted tests
Linux & Security
• Resolved an issue where a newly installed EPC on RHEL 10 could not start under the default SELinux configuration
• Improved handling of root CA certificates on Ubuntu
• Resolved an issue where large log files were truncated but large database files were not
Windows
• Added code signing to the Windows installer helper component
Performance & Stability
• Improved thread latency and EPC health scoring
• Resolved multiple Linux startup conditions that could cause repeated "already running" messages
• Improved EPC stability during concurrent test activity
• Improved endpoint usage reporting in EPC health information
Known / Outstanding Issues
• Graceful EPC shutdown sends a SIP unregister request to the SIP server without credentials (Minor)
• Android EPC does not require the user to enter a valid email address during first launch (Minor)
