    Article summary

    Overview

IPC Unigy VKM provides a single, integrated platform for trading communications and applications. The IPC Unigy Vendor Knowledge Module (VKM) provides health and performance monitoring, system inventory, call history, and QoS data collections, dependency trees, and dashboards for the IPC Unigy platform. The VKM uses the Blue Wave API to collect all required information from the Blue Wave director. The VKM provides system monitoring as part of the Nectar Foundation solution and used by the Nectar Call Analysis Module (CAM).
