Analyzing Data on DXP
The Nectar-Jabra Integrator sends device telemetry data to Jabra Cloud Services, where it is ingested by Nectar DXP for analytics and troubleshooting.
To locate sessions containing Jabra telemetry data:
- Navigate to Call Details
- Open the Modality filter
- Select Device Metrics
This will display sessions containing Jabra device analytics.

- The header section of a Jabra Device Metrics session includes:
- Session start and end times
- Session duration
- Involved participant information
- Jabra headset model
- Jabra software/backend version information
- The Call Analyticssection provides a breakdown of participant activity throughout the session, including:
- Listening time
- Talking time
- Cross-talk duration
- Silence duration
- The Session Alertspanel displays alerts generated by Jabra Cloud Services based on predefined thresholds.
- Additional Nectar DXP analytics and contextual observations are available in the Insights panel.
- The Device and Speech Metrics Histogram visualizes key device and speech metrics across the duration of the call.
For example, administrators can identify spikes in metrics such as:
- Incorrect Headset Boom Arm Position
- High Ambient Noise Level
- Speech activity
- Device performance indicators
In the example above, a spike in ambient noise can be observed around 11:18 AM
