Overview
Here you will find the technical documentation on how to configure Jabra Integration for the Nectar DXP platform.
Prerequisites
- Nectar DXP tenant has been configured for Jabra integration (Performed by Nectar)
- Nectar DXP datagate URL provided to the customer (Nectar)
- The customer has provided the Jabra Tenant ID (Customer)
Order of configuration
- Obtain the Jabra Tenant ID
- Add the Jabra Configuration in DXP
- Create Webhook in Jabra to connect to Nectar
- Verify data is visible within Nectar
IMPORTANT
The webhook needs to be created after adding the Jabra configuration in DXP otherwise it will fail and the webhook will need to be recreated.
Obtaining the Jabra Tenant ID
- Log into https://cloud.jabra.com
- Go to Manage > Organizations
- Click the kebab icon for the desired organization and select 'View organization ID'
- Copy the organization ID and provide to Nectar.
Create Webhook in Jabra Cloud
Obtain the datagate URL for your deployment from Nectar.
Login to cloud.jabra.com
Navigate to Manage → Integrations
Select Add Webhook
- Name - Name of the Webhook
- Webhook URL - Use the provided Nectar datagate URL.
- Authentication method - None
Verify Data within Nectar DXP
The configuration is now done and we should be seeing data within Nectar DXP.
- Navigate to Nectar DXP → Call Details (Historic)
- Apply the following filters:
- Modaility: Device Metrics
- Platform: Jabra
- Scroll down to the session list to view avaialble data
Jabra Collected Data
There is a variety of data that can be collected for a Jabra device but what is available will depend on the Jabra device and what is setup in the Webhook configuration.
