Nectar CX Assurance 2023.3.0

Overview

The Release Notes for CXA 2023.3.0 provides a list of the new features, enhancements, and resolved issues for 2023.2.1, 2023.2.2, 2023.2.3, and 2023.3.0. It also includes:

• Samba 3.0 Upgrade and Changes to Supporting Services (CXA-3312)

• Increased Speech Accuracy.

• Added Single Sign On (SSO) feature using ping provider. (CXA-1691)

• Added Text-to-Speech (TTS) feature. (CXA-3027)

• Added Tags for Filtering Campaigns. (CXA-3341)

CXA 2023.3.0:

• CXA-1691 - Added support for single sign (SSO) using the SAML standard.  

• CXA-2826/2911 - Implement "Search Across All Folders" for Media Library, Data Manager, and other areas where it is not enabled. 

• CXA-2914 - Campaign Manager - Resolved issue with the status of a campaign showing "Complete" when it still had test cases to run. 

• CXA-2940 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with sorting test case names.

• CXA-3329 - Realtime Reports - Added a filter option for users to view only the monitoring campaigns.

• CXA-3334 - Report Dashboard - Added support for the new Tag/Label. When users export a report, they will be able to view the associated Tag/Label in the exported report.
