Overview

The following Release Notes provide a list of the new features, enhancements, and resolved issues in the CXA 2024.2 product release. The following provides an overview of the release.

• Updated the Dashboard module to display test run details in an organized way. 
• Added campaign selection filters to enhance the Port Utilization graph. 
• Implemented PESQ analysis at the test case level to support non-MRCP test cases.
• Added support to associate multiple PESQ files on test steps (test case/test module)
• Enhanced Data Manager by providing an option to add columns in the data file. 
• Implemented an alert mechanism in Test Module Manager with configurable alert controls.
• Added a new "No Answer Timeout" parameter in General Settings to override the default IVR call "No Answer" timeout.
• Added option to rerun a campaign/test case from the Report view of Report Dashboard.
• Added a new CLI column in the Test Suite Summary table of Report Dashboard.
• Added a new Called Number column in the Reports table of Report Dashboard.
• Enhanced the transcription quality in Report Dashboard. 
• Added fix to display last three execution details of campaign/test case in every report. 
• Added fix to trigger an email alert based on the failure threshold count configured for the test case.
• Implemented Data Masking feature in WIM.
• Implemented custom Branding in CXA application.
• Implemented the option to Jump to specific page feature across all applicable modules.
• Removed the UI configurable step for Campaign Quick schedule.
• Added fix for parent user to access a sub organization report without switching to the respective sub organization.
• Implemented API to stop campaign and test case runs.
• Removed runVoiceTestCase field from Test Case API.
• Added option to set up Rebranding at Parent and Child login pages.
  

Features/Enhancements

• CXA-2938 - Data Manager - Added the capability to add more columns to a data file.
• CXA-2975 - Report Dashboard - Added a new column (Called Number) to the table on the Reports tab.  
• CXA-2982 - Report Dashboard - Added a new button that enables a user to schedule a quick re-run of a selected test case/campaign. The status of the test case/campaign must be Completed or Failed for the button to be enabled. 
• CXA-3300 - Report Dashboard - Enhanced the transcription quality in the Report Dashboard. 
• CXA-3630 - Created bash scripts for all microservices to run on Linux operating system. 
• CXA-3669 - Campaign Manager - Added the capability to clone a campaign.
• CXA-3684 - Settings - Added capability to rebrand the Parent and Child login pages. 
• CXA-3697 - Realtime Reports - Ports Usage - Added filters that provide the capability to show only the port utilized by selected records on the Ports Usage graph. Added two tables below the Ports Usage graph that are used to select specific records and provide this data.  
• CXA-3732 - Dashboard - Modified and enhanced the Dashboard to provide more data and aesthetic appeal. 
• CXA-3733 - Dashboard - Added a Campaign metrics table and pie chart. Table information includes campaign name, schedule, and frequency, total number of campaign schedules executed, passed, failed, timed out, and in progress, and total number of test runs made, passed, failed, aborted, and in progress. 
• CXA-3745 - Campaign Manager/Test Case Manager/Test Module Manager/Report Dashboard/Report Schedules/Dashboard/Discover and Design/Media Library/Data Manager/Defect Tracker/Tag Manager - Added the capability to jump to a specific page. 
• CXA-3764/CXA-3767 - Campaign Manager - When the Quick Schedule button is selected, the pop-up message no longer appears. The campaign runs at the start of the next minute. 
• CXA-3766 - Campaign Manager/Test Case Manager - Added the capability to stop a campaign or test case using the execution ID which is generated and part of the response when the campaign or test case is executed via API.  
• CXA-3773 - Added campaign status to historical report API to provide information to the user if a campaign/test case run has been gracefully stopped.
• CXA-3783 - Dashboard - Updated the Add/Edit Dashboard page layout and information.  
• CXA-3789 - Added the capability to mask data associated with a Web test case step using the Mask Data check box. Once enabled in the test step, a user will not be able to see the data anywhere in the application. If the file is exported, the data will be encrypted. 
• CXA-3853 - Report Dashboard - Added two new columns (CLI and Called Number) to the Test Suite Summary table on the Reports tab.  
  
• CXA-3874 - Test Case Manager - Added support for multiple PESQ files in a test step and test module step associated with a test case.  
• CXA-3904 - Test Module Manager - Added an Email Alert check box to the Add/Edit Test Module tab to enable or disable alerts for a failed test module step. When a test module is linked to multiple test cases and those test cases are linked to a campaign, the alert for the test module will trigger only once per frequency run. 
• CXA-3915 - Settings - Added a new parameter, No Answer Timeout (Seconds), in General Settings to override the default IVR call "No Answer" timeout. The parameter can have a value between 30 and 120 seconds. The default is 30 seconds.

• CXA-2362 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with Data Driven option and buttons that were not working. 
  
• CXA-3279 - Discover and Design - Resolved issue with the Data Driven option that is used to perform an IVR crawl. 
• CXA-3515 - Test Case Manager, Campaign Manager, Test Module Manager, Media Library, and Data Manager - Resolved issue with the Delete button. 
• CXA-3681 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with the Select All check box. It now selects all test case entries. 
• CXA-3714 - Test Module Manager - Resolved issue with searching for modules using the square bracket sign ([). 
• CXA-3720 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with the Last 3 Executions column when you select a report on the Reports tab. 
• CXA-3774 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with sorting of the Run Start Time column in the Frequency Run Results table. 
• CXA-3776 - Campaign Manager - Resolved issue with Samba connection process that caused a Got interrupted waiting error message.  
• CXA-3785 - Test Case Manager/Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with test case with a long step that runs successfully but does not display all of text.   
• CXA-3786 - Realtime Reports - Resolved issue with Ports Usage showing different maximum port usage when the duration is changed. 
• CXA-3790 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with editing a test case by adding another module. The subsequent module also has four steps with a different replay type. When you execute the test case again, the run report validates. 
• CXA-3802 - Dashboard - Resolved issue with path not showing in Folder Path column (under Assigned Test Cases table) when a dashboard for test case is saved. 
• CXA-3803 - Dashboard - Resolved issue with the incorrect Folder Path (under Assigned Campaigns table) showing when a dashboard for campaign is saved.
• CXA-3807 - Realtime Report - Ports Usage - Resolved issue with the Ports Usage graph not showing the port utilized for the date specified in the Start Date field. 
• CXA-3810/CXA-3811 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issues with importing a test case. 
• CXA-3813 - Realtime Reports - Resolved issue with the Ports Usage graph not showing the port being utilized appropriately.

• CXA-3847 - Realtime Report - Resolved issue with the values on the x-axis for a custom range on the Ports Usage graph.  
• CXA-3849 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with editing a module step using the Unlink Module & Update button. 
• CXA-3850 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with editing the PESQ column in Report Dashboard and the change reflected in Test Case Manager and Test Module Manager. 
• CXA-3851 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with editing PESQ values for a test case in Report Dashboard and not being able to make any subsequent action after closing and re-opening the test case.
• CXA-3852 - Dashboard - Resolved issue with system showing plots of all retried attempts under the Confidence Levels by Test Case table. It now only shows the plot for the last attempt. 
• CXA-3854 -Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with the last three executions showing the status as passed when the campaign execution starts. It now waits for the run to complete to show the status.
• CXA-3855 - Campaign Manager - Resolved issue with the system not using the provided (custom) CLI to override the default CLI in a test case quick run.
• CXA-3856 - Campaign Manager - When an existing campaign is cloned, resolved the issue with the last run column showing the last run detail of the original campaign when it should be blank.  
• CXA-3857 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with an exported web test case file that contains the prefix, ENC, in the data masked test step value. 
• CXA-3859 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with an imported test case that has test steps with the mask enabled flag set to true/false. The import no longer fails.
• CXA-3860 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with an imported test case with a masked data test step(s). The new test case correctly shows the masked data value using asterisks. 
• CXA-3863 - Campaign Manager - Resolved issue with quick running a test case/campaign using a fixed CLI number. Adding a zero in front of a North American number is not valid in the U.S. 
• CXA-3866 - Discover and Design - Resolved issue with the Max TC Limit and Crawl Depth columns under the Status tab not showing the default value. 
• CXA-3867 - Discover and Design - Resolved issue with the Data driven feature. The content that is provided inside the data file must match exactly the text in the prompt. 
• CXA-3869 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with importing and overriding a test case that has mask data column set to true/false. 
• CXA-3872 - Media Library - Resolved issue with being able to delete a PESQ file that is linked at the test case or test step level.
• CXA-3875 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with PESQ score for a test step showing in PDF format instead of showing the test case level score. 
• CXA-3888 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with creating a test case with linked entities (test module, media file, and data file) in root folder and sync them using Select All and Enable GitLab Sync option. 
• CXA-3889 - Test Module Manager - Resolved issue with creating test modules with linked entities (test module, media file, and data file) in root folder and disable sync using Select All and Disable GitLab Sync option. 
• CXA-3891 - Media Library/Data Manager - Resolved issue with trying to unsync a wav file using Select All and Disable GitLab Sync option. The wav/data file is linked to test case/test module entities and the linked entity was sync disabled.
• CXA-3892 - Login page - Resolved issue with Domain showing on the Login page when a branded URL is used. 
• CXA-3893 - Settings - Resolved issue with Domain name on the Add/Edit Sub-Organization page. The parameter cannot be edited. It should display the name assigned with the branded URL. 
• CXA-3894 - Settings - Resolved issue with updating a logo on the Login page for an existing branded URL.  
• CXA-3895 - Login page - Resolved issue with Windows credential prompt when a branded logo is applied. 
• CXA-3898 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with a cancelled campaign in Campaign Manager showing a status of "Completed Interval" in Report Dashboard.  
• CXA-3900 - Realtime Reports - Resolved issue with a campaign that is quick scheduled and then has a scheduled run. Only the last run start time should show in Ports Usage table.  
• CXA-3901 - Dashboard - Removed options from Dashboard chart context menu to match the options listed in the pie chart in Report Dashboard. 
• CXA-3903 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with importing a test case and populating the Notes field. 
• CXA-3906 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with cloning a test case and email alert ID. 
• CXA-3908/3910 - Test Module Manager - Resolved issues with email alerts not triggering as expected.    
• CXA-3918 - Test Module Manager - Resolved issue with missing Add File button on the panel that opens when the PESQ Media File to Play parameter is selected.
• CXA-3925 - Settings - Resolved issue with disabling and enabling the Event Bridge check box.
• CXA-3926 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with parent organization user accessing child sub-organization report.
