Overview

This course is for support personnel responsible for using Nectar DXP to monitor the status of UC-related components and associated alerts. This training will make use of the Customer or Partner Nectar DXP deployment.

Objectives

Supply information necessary for you to:

• Locate and use Nectar DXP’s reference resources.
• Provide an overview of Nectar DXP.
• Recognize opportunities addressed by Nectar DXP.
• Navigate the Nectar DXP web-based Management UI.
• Use Nectar DXP’s UI to respond to issues and maintain performance of a UC solution.
• Learn how to generate and schedule reports.
• Learn about Nectar’s Endpoint Client and its network health features.

Course Highlights

This course will help you to:

• Understand Nectar DXP’s purpose and how it relates to Nectar components.
• Use reference resources to use Nectar DXP’s management UI.
• Learn to use Nectar DXP based on your environment. We support MS Teams, Zoom, Genesys, Avaya, and Cisco, and tailor curriculums accordingly.
