    Platform Changes

    1. Nectar Diagnostics 
      •  Nectar Diagnostics data is now integrated directly in to Nectar DXP. 
        • Screens affected:
          • Quality Details

        • Added Quality metrics to the Quality details screen
          • Number of streams
          • Average jitter MS
          • Average round trip delay
          • Average packet loss %
          • Average Nectar Score %
          • Average MOS
          • Agent version
        • Avaya, Cisco, and Teams related Nectar Diagnostic session added to Session details screen
        • Platform filter updated to include Nectar Diagnostics
        • User top search updated to include Nectar Diagnostic users
    2. Customers can add their logo to the login page via Setting MSP Branding screen.

    Vendor Changes

    1. Avaya
      • Added the server / data centre to the Session details and Advanced screens.
      • Added a field to display the lowest MOS score on the Session details screen.
      • Added the user's Agent ID to Session details screen.
    2. Jabra:
      • Added the ability to alert based on Jabra Score in the Alerts & Notifications screen.
    3. Zoom:
      • Added CPU metrics to Zoom call details.

      • Redesign and updated SIP Response filter to include new reason codes for Cisco
      • Updated the screen animation and modified some header font fizes for the Endpoint/Endpoint hub sections
    3. User Overview
      • Clicking a platform icon on a User page now applies a filter showing only sessions for that platform
    4. Account settings: 
      1. Alert Level will now be the default value for the Alert Summary grouped by field.

    Vendor Changes

    1. Jabra
      • Added internal thresholds to reduce the number of insights on the User overview and Session Details pages
      • Pinned Users now display their Jabra Score in the user screen.
    2. Nectar Score
      • Replaced Quality with Avg Nectar Score in the Session bar chart on the User overview screen.
      • Updated field names that referenced UHI to Nectar Score
    3. Zoom
      • Updated our webhook validation and verification processes to account for changes made by Zoom.
      • Updated the color for CPU Utilization graph component to be more visible in the session details screen.
    4. Cisco
      • When available, the caller display name will be shown instead of PSTN/External on the session details screen


    Bug Fixes

    1. Alert & Notifications
      • Selecting 'All Users' under 'Monitored Users' when creating a Nectar score alert will now extend to users added in future rather than only applying to all user currently in the system at the time of the alert creation.
    2. Teams
      • Fixed an error whereby conferences could not be searched via their full ID.
    3. Navigation Menu
      • Resolved an issue where navigation menu options were sporadically abscent
      • Resolved an issue where the User navigation option would sometimes return blank instead of the users overview screen for user with the Self-View role.
    4. User Mapping
      • Fixed an issue with the User Mapping screen where the screen would not open correctly when blank
