Overview

Nectar DXP is Nectar’s secure public cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Nectar’s cloud services can be found at:

Technical Notes

If you are using Foundation APM, version 2021.3 must be installed prior installing Nectar DXP. For more information, contact Nectar Support.

  1. Cisco Webex Calling:
    • Historic call details quality
    • Historic call details session
    • Call details session overview and advanced
    • User and Summary overview

  2. Conference Room View: Rooms:
    • Added Activity State
    • Added Solstice and Crestron to the Polly Room automatically
    • Created Import Room logic (MS Teams Devices)

  3. Endpoint Client:

Improvements

  1. Conference Room View:

Bug Fixes

  1. Admin:
    • Alerts&Notifications:
      • Poor calls: Platform update is not happening
    • Configuration:
      • Add endpoint client source fields are not displaying properly
      • Rig Agent is not loaded due to Sentry error
      • Platform. Cisco: Alarms are not able to Snooze/Acknowledge in current Alarm list
    • Roles:
      • Default Readonly role: Reporting role permission should be changed to Report viewer
  2. Cisco:
    • Alarms are not able to Snooze/Acknowledge in current Alarm list
    • VKM/ CMS: Sentry error when opening Conference session
    • VKM: Alerts return 500 error
    • Loading icon displaying on *List of Services* section
  3. Conference Room View:
    • Devices tab: User is not allowed to connect the device to room
    • Room tab: Room view page: One more extra unknown general metric is present on the device card
  4. DID Management:
    • Error code 1 appears under *All Numbers* and *All Service Locations* list
    • Null value displays on Allocation pie chart tooltip
  5. Endpoint Client:
