# Nectar DXP 1.13.3

## Overview

Nectar DXP is Nectar’s secure public cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Nectar’s cloud services can be found at:

- us.nectar.services
- eu.nectar.services

### Technical Notes

If you are using Foundation APM, version 2021.3 must be installed prior installing Nectar DXP. For more information, contact [Nectar Support](mailto:support@nectarcorp.com).

## New Features

1. Cisco Webex Calling:
  - Historic call details quality
  - Historic call details session
  - Call details session overview and advanced
  - User and Summary overview
  - Nectar Score Location Alerts
2. Conference Room View: Rooms:
  - Added Activity State
  - Added Solstice and Crestron to the Polly Room automatically
  - Created Import Room logic (MS Teams Devices)
  - Enhanced logic to avoid growth of devices amount
  - Enhanced logic for Offline MS Teams Devices
3. Endpoint Client:
  - Updated logic for showing WebRTC related EPC tests
  - User Mapping: Added "Machine Name" column to the Grid
4. Global Filters: Added support filtration by external IP address (DB and BE level)
5. Insights:
  - Session insights based on Alerts: Apply united approach for corresponding DB function
  - Session Details: Session [corporate location] insights trends based on Alerts
6. Jabra: Handle Negative Ambient Noise value on NDXP end
7. Location Screen:
  - Added ability to search by location into the Top Search
  - Checked best possible option to use as location identification (name or id)
  - Hide "Location" item from the top search
  - Set up User role, Page Scope for filters and Key for page preference
8. MSP Enhancements: Admin: Advanced settings:
  - Configuration: Added new sub-tab "General"
  - General: Added Event Bridge Auth Configuration to "Edit General Settings" modal
  - Utilize "Display name" field (replace Tenant ID with Friendly tenant Display name)
9. Summary: Added Nectar Score trends per location

## Improvements

1. Conference Room View:
  - Device Detailed View: General metrics: "Show All" checkbox has no impact for rows with value "N/A"
2. Data Base:
  - DM retention period updates
  - Move population EC client versions into "before" part of dm build jobs
  - UDM - [ZOOM] switch to new model - update users usage
  - Update logic of "last partition" repopulation to always run every hour even if scheduled rebuilds for historical periods
  - Update the logic of range partition drop (fn_svc_part_drop_range_partitions) for list sub partitions
3. Endpoint Client:
  - Admin: Configuration: Change Bulk export storage config id to name

## Bug Fixes

1. Admin:
  - Alerts&Notifications:
    - Poor calls: Platform update is not happening
  - Configuration:
    - Add endpoint client source fields are not displaying properly
    - Rig Agent is not loaded due to Sentry error
    - Platform. Cisco: Alarms are not able to Snooze/Acknowledge in current Alarm list
  - Roles:
    - Default Readonly role: Reporting role permission should be changed to Report viewer
2. Cisco:
  - Alarms are not able to Snooze/Acknowledge in current Alarm list
  - VKM/ CMS: Sentry error when opening Conference session
  - VKM: Alerts return 500 error
  - Loading icon displaying on *List of Services* section
3. Conference Room View:
  - Devices tab: User is not allowed to connect the device to room
  - Room tab: Room view page: One more extra unknown general metric is present on the device card
4. DID Management:
  - Error code 1 appears under *All Numbers* and *All Service Locations* list
  - Null value displays on Allocation pie chart tooltip
5. Endpoint Client:
  - Proactive Testing: Sentry error after navigating to test summary page
  - 'Related Tests' option doesn't trigger any request when open critical status icon
