New Features

1. Avaya: 
   • Addition of Avaya platform dashboards showing summary and detailed views of Avaya Aura CM and Session Manager system components. 
2. Database:
   •     Avaya CDR - Added a new timestamp columns (Start/End timestamps) and change partitioning
   •     Reduced minimum idle connections in the connection pool
   •     Removed constraints from updated WebRTC tables and update loading
   •     Updated logic for work with session IP(internal/external/location, geo)
3. Redesigned Quality component for [Call Details: Historic], and [Call Details: Quality]
4. Conference Journey:

7. Genesys Integration:

8. Global filters:
   •     Duration filter redesigned - switch to constants (All / All (non-zero duration) / Zero)
   •     Corporate Location filter - Updated filtration Approach (removed use of double valued approach)
9. Large Tenant Mode:
   • Introduced a "Large" Tenant flag  in tenant variables to customize UX with Call Details/Quality Details
   • Call Details Historic, Quality Details:
     • Removed the session list component shown by default
     • Introduced "Сore" filter set
     • Updated Time period filter
10. Multi-Service Provide (MSP) settings:
    • Introduced the ability for MSP to manage tenant accessibility roles to the MSP user with Admin authorities
    • Populated all service providers in the SP chooser in the header
11. Portal Authentication: 
    • Admin, MSP: Updated Role creation pop-up by adding the missing sections
12. Summary Widgets:
    •   Introduced the "Summary: Avg Nectar Score" widget for [Call details: Historic/Quality]
    •   Introduced the "Summary: Insights"" widget for [Call details: Historic/Quality]
    •   Introduced the "Summary: Sessions" widget for [Call details: Historic/Quality]
13. Changed how Teams user counts are calculated for tenant sizing
14. WebRTC:
    •   Collected CPU and memory statistics using a Chrome Extension
    •   Added Genesys WebRTC extension integration using ConversationId.

Improvements

1. [Avaya -> Data Source Settings -> RIG] - Updated default value with CDR+CDS for new Tenants
2. [Conference Room View -> MS Teams Device -> DEVICES] - Streamline the list of devices
3. [MSP -> Role] - Enhanced logic behind "All active Tenants" selector to populate role for newly added tenants
4. Tenant Summary Dashboard:

Fixes

1. Analytics - Create/Edit Report. Fixed an issue where users were not allowed to turn back to the widget configuration step if "None" was selected for required filter.
2. Roles - Fixed an issue where roles were not get listed when navigating to another tenant
3. SP - Fixed an issue where add/delete were not reflecting in SP list in header
4. SP Administrator user: Fixed an issue where sessions were expiring after navigating to Roles page
