Nectar DXP minor release 1.18.3 containing an assortment of new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Please see below for further details.

New Features

1. Admin: Alerts&Notifications
   1. Events - Historic: View event: Updated event description parser to support "Device Event" ID
   2. NS Locations: Enable "Zoom" platform item on UI in purpose to support filtration by platform
   3. Rooms&Devices:
      • Introduced new alert types: 
        • Rooms
        • Devices
        • Alert Configuration
      • Introduced new alert options filters for alerts by device
      • Introduced new alert options filters for alerts by room
      • Introduced new logic to work with filters(without BE transformation) and use it for Rooms/Devices alerts

      • MTR: Changed the frequency of full metric pull
   3. Health Status:
      • Adapt UI for United Health Score
      • Filter: Updated a filter in purpose to support United health statuses
      • Updated the logic of Health Status Definition
      • Used United Health Status logic and updated corresponding responses in related CRV functions
   4. Rooms:
      • Adjusted Room Creation Protocol
      • Details, metric breakdown: Updated UI according to new statuses list
3. Event Delay, Exclusion filters and de-duplication:
   1. DXP Events: Refactored the EventBridge integration of NS and Teams device events to apply event configurations
   2. EventBridge: Associated Client EventBridge Configuration with Service Provider
   3. Events Management: Implemented UI for JSON editor
   4. Rig Events:
      • Associated Client Event Configuration with EventBridge Configuration
      • Created Admin DB configuration tables to manage event settings
   5. Service Provider Settings: Introduced a new "Event Management" tab

   1. Device Events: MTR: Removed Existing Events ( Alert&Notifications)

5. Global filters: Support&Enhancements:
   1. Time Period:
      • Adjusted logic for options of Time Period Filter
      • Events: Adjusted the filter options with CONSTANTS
      • Limited the non LTM pages for Custom up to 31 day
   2. Session List: Quality Details, Analytics: Renameed IP address column with Media, Signaling IP
   3. Quality Details: Introduced dynamic advanced bi-directional "Signaling IP Adress" filter

Improvements

1. Analytics:
   1. Add / Edit Report: Widget Configuration: Filters: Enhanced User Experience with Filtration
   2. Added a tooltip to the widget on the Report Creation Modal
   3. Improved monthly scheduling to avoid "early" start in case of time shift
   4. Handled action for the "Cancel" button with redirection to the previous page
   5. Moved Analytics wizard from dialog into separate page. Configure corresponding routing
   6. Session list report contained old IP address column names

Bug Fixes

1. 400 error due to Time period unsupport in all pages
2. 404 error appearing when user is idle for long time
3. Admin: Users: Roles are not listing
4. AdminAPI: Failed to handle client alert notification Job
5. Analytics: Reports: 'Cancel processing' option incorrectly enabled for 'Analytics Viewer' and 'Analytics Self-Service' users on Tenant Admin reports, causing an error
6. Build failure in Rigprocessor
7. Cisco Dashboard: Inconsistent behavior of Snooze menu in Current Alarms on first click
8. CRV: Alert & Notification:
   1. Device alert email is not triggering when metric status updated
   2. Room Email and events triggering for all the device
9. Dashboards: Custom page: Metric and agents are not listing in the dashboard view
10. DID Management: Add/Edit/Delete actions is allowed for SP Custom role readonly user
11. Events:
    1. Administrator role user gets logged out with 403 Forbidden error while selecting alarm
    2. Error page is displayed when clicking "Click here" link in device description on View Event modal
12. Login: Invalid credentials redirect users to the session expired page instead of showing an error message
13. NS Locations:
    1. Alert creation fails for 'Last day' and 'Realtime' alerting time
    2. Edit Alert: Message displayed in "Message for Degradation" section for Realtime is not correct
14. NS Users: AD group names in the listing are misaligned and touching the add icon (+)
15. Rooms & Devices Alert: Notifications are triggering for disabled configuration
16. Service Provider: Invalid tenant is get removing from tenant list
