Overview

DXP release 1.18.4 introduces several new features including our new Event Handling which gives users more control over which events get sent to AWS. There are also changes to Zoom, Rooms & Devices, and more, so read on for details.

New Features

1. Genesys Cloud: Historic: Insights Widget: Adjusted list with Genesys-Driven insights (ACD, IVR, Customer)
2. Event Delay, Exclusion filters and Deduplication:
   1. Admin DB/API - Created tables and corresponding APIs to manage event service window configuration
   2. Created Drools rules from service window JSON config
   3. General tab: Implemented Events Management Features: Delay, Execution filter, Manitulation
   4. JSON Editor component: Introduced a Full Screen feature to enhance UX with JSON creation
   5. Implemented event APIs to return list of active and delayed events

   3. Session Details Adaptation:

1. Conversation Journey:Genesys-Driven Journey: Now shows the number instead of the location for customer legs in the timeline.
2. Cisco CUCM: Nectar Score: Normalized CMR data in purpose to show "Unknown" Nectar score for specific cases
3. Custom: Hidden the Expand icon for disabled accordion state (pooler type=status)

Bug Fixes

1. Admin -> Configuration -> WebRTC: Empty error popup appears for Display Name field validation
2. Alerts Notifications: Non-informative message is displayed if Alert name start with space
3. Cisco Server Metrics: Graph duplicates if change Time Period after opening metrics details
4. Dashboard -> Platform -> Custom: Edit button was enabled for agents
5. EC: Users/Endpoints: Test sessions were not listing for webex user mapped with endpoint
6. Events:
   • Administrator role user gets logged out with 403 Forbidden error while selecting alarm
   • Auto update option not visible when LTM mode is ON
   • Error message on view event details
7. Genesys Cloud: Unassociated Endpoint client sessions are get listing under related test
8. Rooms & Devices: Status alert icons are not displaying in the Rooms & Devices notification emails in Gmail
