    Overview

    In DXP release 1.19.0 we introduce our new Event Handling feature which allows MSP users to have more control over which events get passed on to their AWS system and when. We also have several small features and improvements to Conversation Journey view, Genesys Cloud and more! Read on for details.

    Technical Notes

    New Features

    1. Conversation Journey View:
      1. Added an insight icon to Gantt chart sessions that have insights
      2. Genesys Driven Journey:
        •     Added Nectar Diagnostics legs into Genesys-Driven Conversation Journey
        •     Enriched Leg types with Bots, Dialers and User segment purposes

    2. Event Delay, Exclusion filters and De-duplication:
      1. Admin - Event Management: Introduced a new Event Management tab for Admin Users
      2. Admin - Event management - Service Windows: Introduced the ability to manage events on a Tenant level
      3. Implemented a Clear Event logic on a per configuration basis
      4. JSON Editor: Save button is disabled if there is no change

    3. Genesys Cloud:
      1.   Caller/Callee sides determination: DM BUILD Logic Adjustments
      2.   Session Details:
        •     Enriched Session details page based on the Segment PURPOSE
        •     Populated participant name for Callee side to support outbound calls with a customer purpose
        •     Transition requirements: Customized logic for Genesys Cloud source for Caller/Callee cards
      3. Users:
        • Added support of Genesys PARTICIPANTS
        • Adjusted call DB function for lookup with Genesys Cloud PARTICIPANTS
        • Handles participants

    4. Users/Participants - Support & Enhancements:
      1. Adjusted the logic to support PARTICIPANTS as USERS
      2. Switched to use/set 'SHARED' platform and 'user id' for participants

    5. Zoom Phone:
      1. Client Versions: Adapted the existing logic to support a new sub-source
      2. Devices: Adapted the existing logic to support a new sub-source
      3. Improved the quality of data on ADVANCED session screen
      4.  Sites:
        •     Admin - Locations: Sites management:
          •     Adjusted the logic to populate Locations from Sites
          •     Added support of locations, that comes from ZOOM Sites source(like Virtual) in ADMIN screen(IP Locations)
        •     Locations: Updated Zoom DM BUILD to support Sites Data like Corporate locations


    Improvements

    1. Meeting Room View: 
      1. Rooms, Devices: Added "Search" text to saved filter options on ROOMS LIST page
    2. Genesys Cloud: 
      1. Segment Purpose: Normalized values within the backend
    3. DB Improvements:
      1. Removed outdated session level functions that become a part of united functions and update tests
      2. Improved setting build chunk interval for journey
      3. Added ad_group/ group_membership related info into the relevant database table
      4. Added support of negative "key partition" values in list partitions functionality
      5. Session Details: Refactoring:
        1. Conference Insights: Switched to United Insights (based on alerts) for Conference instead of Advanced
        2. Removed the Calling Caller/Callee within Alert API
        3. Updated Caller/Callee/Summary response structure with "User, Session" groups
        4. P2P Multimedia Insights: Switched to United Insights (based on alerts) instead of Advanced function call
      6.   Locations: Moved Virtual location into new structure
    4. Daily user count metrics are now saved for 1 year instead of 32 days
    5. NS Locations: Performed some clean up of outdated functionality
    6. UI/UX:
      1. [FE]: Localization: Hidden Language selection
      2. Transition Requirements: Provide Warnings on Quality deprecation across Nectar DXP

    Bug Fixes

    1. Admin:
      1. Locations:
        1. Resolved an issue where the import warning banner was not styled correctly in dark mode
        2. Resolved an issue with IP locations where the wrong records were imported
      2. Resolved an issue with SSO Configuration where Mandatory the SSO user Groups Attribute field accepted blank space
      3. Resolved an issue with User Mapping where the close icon was missing on the user mapping Add/Edit wizard
    2. Resolved an issue with the Conversation Journey View session leg where an empty tooltip was being displayed for no reason.
    3. Resolved an issue with Meeting Room View where duplicate rooms were getting created
    4. Resolved an issue with Dashboard - Services where the start/end time, and status column headers were not displaying properly due to data overlap
    5. Resolved an issue with Endpoint Client - Users/Endpoints where test sessions were not listing for webex user mapped with an endpoint
    6. Resolved Event Management issues:
      1. JSON editor was not showing the complete schema validation error messages from the backend
      2. Service Window calendar was not closed after selecting a date
      3. Event configuration was unabled to be saved due to 404 error in network response
      4. Event Handler was not able to save Tenant configuration when it was blank
    7. Live:
      1. Resolved an issue with Cisco CMS where Caller info section kept loading
      2. Resolved an issue where a Goto Conference notification popup not appearing after live call had ended
      3. Resolved an issue with Nectar score and quality values where they were showing as Unknown
    8. MS teams: Video devices details were missing in caller/callee information data
    9. Proactive Testing: Edit icon was not visible in Custom Hub & Endpoint section
    10. Roles: Error message was displayed when the user clicked on a Platform link in the breadcrumb trail
    11. Resolved Service Provider issues:
      1. Drop down was not displaying under AWS Event Bus section
      2. Eventbridge configurations were not able to be added
      3. Service Provider admin user was able to delete default roles like Administrator, Readonly, and Self-view
      4. Session expired page is displayed when 'Service Provider Admin' read-only user clicked on the Admin menu
    12. Session Summary: Duplicate devices details were appearing in Caller/Callee info card
    13. Springboot:
      1. Provisioning: RT schema creation was taking more than 1 hour
      2. AdminAPI: Unknown redis exception
    14. View Event: Cisco server cluster section kept loading with error messages
    15. Zoom Phone: Caller and callee sections were not loading for specific sessions
