Overview

The DXP major release 1.20.0 has a variety of new features, improvements including Proactive Issues Detection, Customizable Event Management, Teams Partial User Monitoring, and more!

New Features

1. Dashboards:
   1. Genesys Platform dashboard showing operational and call status metrics.
2. Event Delay, Exclusion filters and deduplication:
   1. Added the ability to create an MSP Role with configurable access to Event Management
   2. Restricted deletion of Default roles for MSP admin user
3. Genesys Cloud:
   1. Events:
      1. Exposed the cloud agent webhook URL in the Genesys configuration Edit screen
      2. View Event - Adjusted the UI to support Call Sessions Events
      3. View Event - Adjusted the UI to support Operational Events
      4. View Event - Added documentation link to the description of Operational Events
   2. Session Details:
      1. Enriched session details page with related events component
      2. Enriched the Session Details - Advanced screen with disconnect Types, Error Codes, Conversation ID, Session ID, Genesys Source ID
      3. Introduced Session Segments component
   3. Users:
      1. Added support of stitching between Genesys Cloud Users with ND "participants/phone numbers"
      2. Map Genesys Cloud User to the WebRTC automatically
4. Microsoft Teams - Partial User Monitoring:
   1. Adjusted the UI with Monitoring by Azure AD Group
   2. Adjusted the UI with Monitoring by List of Users
   3. Implemented a filter to check the configured maximum number of users while importing partial monitoring users
5. Proactive Testing:
   1. Added an Average Nectar Score summary widget
   2. Added an Insights Summary widget
   3. Replaced the tests section with a new widget
   4. Changed the criteria for determining incomplete tests and adjusted the UI labels
   5. Added a header to the map location tooltip
6. WebRTC:
   1. Added support for basic authentication (username/password)
   2. Added functionality that will automatically purge WebRTC user data older than 90 days

1. Conversation Journey:
   1. Added a Conversation ID and re-ordered the information in the Conversation Summary
   2. Conversation Journey spacing changes
   3. Updated the Conversation Timeline legend

Bug Fixes

1. Admin API: NPE for Cannot invoke "Object.hashCode()" because "key" is null
2. Application portal tab were closing automatically
3. Cisco CMS: New session component were missing in session summary
4. Conversation Journey View - Session Leg: Empty tooltip were appearing for unknown reasons
5. Endpoint Client:
   1. Failed test session were not get inserting into RT from source
   2. NPE on EC Bulk export
6. Genesys Cloud:
   1. Advanced Tab: 'Caller' & 'Callee' fields show truncated values for SIP format in Session Details section
   2. Call event: Page redirecting to invalid session summary from event wizard
   3. Segment Type is not listing in the timeline
   4. Session segments are not get listing
7. Jabra: Device metric information section was not appearing
8. Locations: 400 Bad request on creating Virtual location
9. MSP:
   1. Associated tenant were not get listing in the Create Role wizard
   2. Error page was appearing while try to view the Roles list under particular SP
   3. Tenant user Role was not getting the listing in the SSO configuration page
10. ND: Session: 'Open UCD details' button was not redirecting to the UCD site when clicked
11. Operational Events: New Events added in the Genesys portal list

14. Rigprocessor : duplicate key value was violating unique constraint "msteams_users"

16. Session List: Nectar Score column values were misaligned when the column is dragged to the right side
17. Session Summary: User name was not a clickable state

19. SSO Configuration: Mapping custom role with ‘Service Provider Admin’ (Read-only) to external role fails with 400 error
20. Summary: Snooze field overlapped with the Alarm list
21. User Overview:
    1. Quality Summary: Blank client version was displaying in Client section for Zoom platform
    2. 'Reset all' button was overlapped with insights contents
