# Nectar DXP Reports 1.8.0.8

## OVERVIEW

Nectar DXP is Nectar’s secure public or private cloud infrastructure. These release notes are specifically for **Nectar DXP Reports**.

Foundation APM v2021.2[](/docs/nectar-dxp-30-reporting-3#_msocom_1)[](/docs/nectar-dxp-30-reporting-3#_msocom_2) and above required for Avaya related features. For more information, contact Nectar Support ([support@nectarcorp.com](mailto:support@nectarcorp.com)).

Nectar is consistently adding support for different devices and applications. For more information on supported products, see [Foundation APM Release Notes v2021.2](/v1/docs/20212).

Nectar clients using Avaya CDR (call detail records) functionality in the RIG should have the Avaya system clock set via network time protocol (NTP). Accurate timestamps are critical when matching CDR to call quality statistics in Nectar DXP.

### NEW FEATURES

#### CALL ANALYSIS MODULE (CAM)

**Supported Platforms:** Avaya CM and Avaya Aura CM.

- [NR-861] - **New Report Designer**
  - **Summary report:** will show a summarized output based on the filter options and selected constraints/measures.
  - **Detail report:** will show each individual calls based on the filter options, selected columns, and “key” constraint(s).

MICROSOFT TEAMS

- [NR-905] - **New widget:** Usage Summary per User report (P2P, PSTN, and Federated).

### IMPROVEMENTS

- [NR-833] - Skype reports refactoring (technical improvement).
- [NR-922] - Zero MOS handling for Avaya and Nectar Endpoint Client.
- [NR-930] - Added boolean filters to Call Quality reports.
