Overview
Nectar DXP is Nectar’s new secure public cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Nectar’s cloud services can be found at:

Technical Notes
UCMP 2021.1 must be installed before installing this release of Nectar DXP. For more information, contact Nectar Support (support@nectarcorp.com).
Nectar is consistently adding support for different devices and applications. For more information on supported products, see Nectar UCMP Foundation Release Notes v2021.1.
Nectar clients using Avaya CDR (call detail records) functionality in the RIG should have the Avaya system clock set via network time protocol (NTP). Accurate timestamps are critical when matching CDR to call quality statistics in Nectar DXP.
New Features
- Interactive Dashboards - This is a preview of interactive dashboards that show relative usage and performance of Skype for Business, Teams and/or Zoom platforms. Features are subject to change as the solution evolves.

- Report widgets now support both Cisco and Nectar Endpoint Client (NEC):

- Availability & Outages:
- The existing Device Availability and Device Outages widgets have been combined into a single Availability & Outages widget. If you are using the existing reports, they will still be available, we suggest they be deleted and replaced with these enhanced combined versions.
- Availability is now shown as the actual percentage, as opposed to a range.
- Zoom:
- The Catalog reports for Zoom are now available by Region and Location.
- Avaya Inventory Reports:
- Avaya Capacities - Tables containing Avaya Communication Manager (ACM) release information and Display Capacities output from ACM.
- Avaya Cards - Table of installed cards, slot, firmware and used ports in ACM.
- Avaya Registrations Stations - Table of stations currently registered to ACM.
- Avaya Stations - Table of stations currently administered in ACM. Based on List Stations output from ACM.
- Avaya Trunks - Table of Trunk and Signal Groups in ACM.
