Overview

This course is for support personnel who need to perform the tasks required to service Foundation APM alerts.

Course Objectives

Supply the information necessary for you to:

• Locate and use the Foundation APM reference resources. 
• Understand Foundation APM terminology.
• Explain the purpose and features of Foundation APM
• Describe the components of the Foundation APM architecture.
• Discuss the RIG deployment roles and their hierarchy of reporting.
• Explain how the data is collected from Foundation APM monitored devices. 
• Access and navigate the Foundation APM Management UI
• Use the Chat feature.
• Explain the types of information displayed in a dashboard.
• Use Intelli-Q
• Utilize non-administrative Foundation APM functionality.

Course Highlights

This course will help you to:

• Understand the components of the Foundation APM architecture and how they communicate.
• Effectively navigate the Foundation APM web-based management UI.
• Use reference resources to locate and utilize the procedures required to operate Foundation APM.
