This course is for support personnel who need to perform the tasks required to service Foundation APM alerts.
Course Objectives
Supply the information necessary for you to:
- Locate and use the Foundation APM reference resources.
- Understand Foundation APM terminology.
- Explain the purpose and features of Foundation APM
- Describe the components of the Foundation APM architecture.
- Discuss the RIG deployment roles and their hierarchy of reporting.
- Explain how the data is collected from Foundation APM monitored devices.
- Access and navigate the Foundation APM Management UI
- Use the Chat feature.
- Explain the types of information displayed in a dashboard.
- Use Intelli-Q
- Utilize non-administrative Foundation APM functionality.
Course Highlights
This course will help you to:
- Understand the components of the Foundation APM architecture and how they communicate.
- Effectively navigate the Foundation APM web-based management UI.
- Use reference resources to locate and utilize the procedures required to operate Foundation APM.
