Nectar DXP currently supports the collection and analysis of data from on-premise Cisco CMS and Avaya CUCM and Microsoft Skype for Business systems, and cloud-based Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Nectar DXP provides information that is helpful in providing the state, alarms, and interesting ways of looking at the data for the purpose of determining the operational state of the UC components, reporting alarms, and a methodology for diagnosing issues with the monitored UC components.
This guide explains how to use Nectar DXP, which is also Nectar's secure public cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Nectar's cloud services can be found at:
