When you click on ANALYTICS, the Reports page opens. The Reports tab also opens. You can view a list of User and Tenant reports and actions from this page.
- Click Create Report to add a new Analytics report. For more information, see Create a Report.
- You can click on the ... in the Action column next to a report and select oneof the following actions :
- Edit - to edit a report. For more information, see Edit a Report.
- View - to view the report. The report opens.
- Run now - to run the report now. Processing appears in the Status column.
- Download - to download the report. The report is downloaded.
- Delete - to delete a report. Click Delete to confirm. The report is removed.
Create a Report
- Click Create Report. The General Information page opens.
- Enter the report name.
- Select one of the following report types using the drop-down.
- Tenant Report
- User Report
- Enter a description for the new report.
- Click Next. The Widgets Selection panel opens.
- Select the widgets you want to use in your report:
- Click the + to select a widget and move it to the Selected Widgets panel.
- Click the Delete button to remove a widget from the Selected Widgets panel and move it back to the Widgets panel.
- Click Next. The Widgets Configuration panel opens.
- Click on a widget in the Widgets panel and configure it in the right panel.
- The Sessions parameters that show vary based on the selected widget.
- In the above example, you would need to enter a description and select the filters, such as time period, modality (and All is an option), Corporate location, and session type, etc. for the widget. For more information on the parameters, see CALL DETAILS.Note:The widget, SessionList, is accessible for 13 months. However, individual quality details for each call are available for only three months. This is as per the design.
- Repeat Step 8 for each widget listed in the Widgets panel.
- Click Next. The Scheduling Configuration panel opens.
- If you do not want to schedule the report, click Off and click Save. However, if you want to schedule the report, click On; then complete the following parameters to configure when you want to run the report.
Parameter

Schedule
Select one of the following using the drop-down:
- Once
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
Your selection will determine the parameters that appear.
Monday through Sunday
When the schedule is Weekly, select the day of the week you want to run the report.
Day # of the month
When the schedule is Monthly, you have the option to select the day of the month you want to run the report.
First, Second, Third, Fourth, or Last
Monday through Sunday
When the schedule is Monthly, you have the option to select the first, second, third, fourth, or last Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday to run the report.
Start Time (UTC)
Click in the field and select a time to start the report.
The report will be executed at the specified hour using the UTC time zone.
Start Date
Click in the field to use the pop-up calendar to select the start date.
End Date
When the schedule is Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, this field appears. Click in the field to use the pop-up calendar to select the end date.
Notification Method
Select one of the following using the drop-down to specify how you want to be notified.
- None
- Click Save. The report is added to the list of reports on the Reports tab.
Edit a Report
- Click the Edit Report button in the Actions column next to the report you want to edit. The Edit Report panel opens.
- Make changes, as needed, to the report information.
- Click Next.
- Change the selected widgets, as needed:
- Click the + to select a widget and move it to the Selected Widgets panel.
- Click the Delete button to remove a widget from the Selected Widgets panel and move it back to the Widgets panel.
5. Click Next. The Widgets Configuration panel opens.
6. Click on a widget in the Widgets panel. Make changes, as needed, to the time period, duration, quality, platform, Corporate location, etc. in the panel on the right. Repeat for each widget.
7. Click Next to configure Scheduling.
8. Click Save.
