The Summary tab provides the following sections:
- Alerts Summary
- Service Related Events Summary
- Sessions
Alerts Summary
The Alerts Summary section represents a breakdown of alerts based on the level of severity from Good to Critical. The numbers in each square represent current events. Additionally, for each alert level, you can see a sparkline that shows the increase/decrease tendency within the period selected in the filter and provides an historical view on the specific level of events.
The Alerts Summary section represents data from this page.
Service Related Events Summary
The Service Related Events Summary section on the Current tab provides a list of devices and current active alerts for those devices.
- If you want automatic updates, check the Auto update check box.
- Click on Graphs to select the modalities to show on the graph.
- Click on Alert Level and select the alerts you want to view in the left panel (under the Current tab).
- You can click on a device to expand and view the underlying device and/or event(s) that caused the alert.
Sessions
When you click on a device and an event for that device in the Current tab, you can see its dynamic activity represented on the Sessions histogram on the right. An overplayed event on the Session histogram helps to recognize potential reasons for call quality (for example, event was a reason for the decreased number of sessions).
- If you hover over the top of the Session histogram, you see the name of the device or alert event.
- Scroll down to view the event details in the View Event section below the histogram.
- You can use the sliders below the histogram to adjust the time period and the session data that appears.
Pinned Devices and Events
If you want a customized list of selected devices and events, click the + sign to the right of the parent device to add it to a Pinned tab. You can pin up to 10 devices/events.
- Click the Pinned tab to view the pinned devices.
- When you select a pinned device, you can see a list of events for that device. Select one of the events to see the activity represented on the Sessions histogram on the right.
- You can use the sliders below the histogram to adjust the time period and the session data that appears.
