    Article summary

    When you click on ANALYTICS, the Reports page opens. Click the Templates tab. You can view a list of User and Tenant templates and actions from this page.

    • Click Create Template to add a new Analytics report template. For more information, see Create a Template.
    • You can select a template and perform one of the following actions:
      • Click the Edit Template button in the Actions column to edit a report template. For more information, see Edit a Template.  
      • Click the Delete Template button in the Actions column to delete a report template. Click Delete to confirm. The template is removed.
      • Click the Create Report based on this template button in the Actions column to create a new report using the selected template. For more information, see Create a Report.

    Create a Template

    You can create report templates that can be used to create new Analytics reports. However, you can create an Analytics report without using a template.  

    1. Click Create Template. The Create Template panel opens.

    2. Enter the template name.
    3. Select one of the following template types using the drop-down.
      • Tenant Template
      • User Template

    If you select Tenant as the template type, you also have to select the tenant using the drop-down.

    4. Enter a description for the new template.

    5. Click Next. The Widgets Selection panel opens. 

    6. Select the widgets you want to use in your template:

      • Click the + to select a widget and move it to the Selected Widgets panel.
      • Click  to remove a widget from the Selected Widgets panel and move it back to the Widgets panel. 

    7. Click Next. The Widgets Configuration panel opens. 

    8. Click on a widget in the Widgets panel and configure it in the right panel.

      • The Sessions parameters that show vary based on the selected widget.
      • In the above example, you would need to enter a description and select the filters, such as time period, modality (and All is an option), Corporate location, and session type, etc. for the widget. For more information on the parameters, see CALL DETAILS.

    9. Repeat Step 8 for each widget listed in the Widgets panel.

    10. Click Save.

    Edit a Template

    1. Click the Edit Template button in the Actions column next to the template you want to edit. The Edit Template panel opens. 
    2. Make changes, as needed, to the template information.
    3. Click Next.
    4. Change the selected widgets, as needed:
      • Click the + to select a widget and move it to the Selected Widgets panel.
      • Click  to remove a widget from the Selected Widgets panel and move back to the Widgets panel.
    5. Click Next. The Widgets Configuration panel opens. 
    6. Click on a widget in the Widgets panel. Make changes, as needed, to the parameters in the panel on the right. Repeat for each widget.
    7. Click Save. Or, click Cancel.
