When you click on Reports, the Report List page opens. Click the Upload Reference Files tab. The following page opens.
- Enter the following information about the file you want to upload:
Parameter | Description |
Vendor | Currently, this shows Avaya. |
Upload Type | Select an upload type:

File Type | Select a file type using the drop-down. Once selected, click the Download Sample Template |
Choose File | Click Choose File. Browse to the file you want to upload and select. Click Open. |
Reset CDC | Click this check box to reset the clock domain crossing (CDC). |

3. Notice the file is listed in the Uploads table located below the form. The Status shows In Progress.
4. Click Refresh to update the upload status.
Note:
You can also click Add New Report to open the Report List page to add a new report.
