    Article summary

    When you click on Analytics, the Reports page opens. The Reports tab also opens. You can view a list of User and Tenant reports and actions from this page.

    • Click Create Report to add a new Analytics report. For more information, see Create a Report.
    • Or, click on the ... in the Action column next to a report and select one of the following actions:

    Create a Report

    Click Create Report

    When creating a report, there are 4 sections:

    • General Information
    • Widgets Selection
    • Widgets Configuration
    • Scheduling Configuration

    General Information

    1. Enter the report name. 
    2. Select one of the following report types using the drop-down.
      • Tenant Report, which are visible to your entire organization.
      • User Report, which are only visible to you.
    3. Select the time zone.
    4. Enter a description for the new report. 

    Widgets Selection 

    1. Scroll through the list of available widgets and determine which you need. There are widgets for both Call Details and Quality Details.
    2. Click the + to select a widget and move it to the Selected Widgets panel.
    3. Click the Delete button to remove a widget from the Selected Widgets panel and move it back to the Widgets panel.

    Widgets Configuration

    1. Each of the widgets selected previously will be listed.
    2. Click on a widget from the center panel and configure it in the right panel.
    3. Enter a description, configure the export type and view (if applicable) and select the filters for the widget.
      • For more information on each filter, see Call Details.

        Session List
        The widget Session List can access data from the previous 13 months. However, individual quality details for each call are available for only three months.
    4. Repeat for each widget listed in the Widgets panel.

    Scheduling Configuration

    1. Click On.
    2. Select one of the scheduling options from the dropdown, which will change the list of parameters.
      1. Weekly will allow you to select the day of the week to run the report.
      2. Monthly will allow you to select the day of the month to run the report.
    3. Select the Time Zone.
    4. Set the Start Time and Start Date.
    5. Set the End Date. This can be left blank.
    6. Select the notification method, either None or Email.
      1. If Email is selected, enter the recipients, Subject, and Message.
    7.  Click Save. The report is added to the list of reports on the Reports tab.

    Edit a Report

    1. Click the Edit Report button in the Actions column for to the report you wish to edit. 
    2. The Edit Report panel opens. Click Next to advance through the tabs, and edit the Report as needed.
    3. Advance to Scheduling Configuration, and click Save.
