    Under the Dashboards tab, you can use CX Assurance to view the results of configured test campaigns

    Note
    The CX Assurance tab in Nectar DXP is designed for viewing results only. To initiate/modify test campaigns, please visit your CX Assurance controller.
    • Use the Core Filters to refine the time period, and to select an organization (only visible for admins.)
    • The listed organizations will display quantities of successful, aborted, and failed tests for all campaigns within the given time period.

    Click on an organization to view specific details about each campaign:

    Clicking on a campaign will various dashboards:

    • Test Case Metrics displays a pie chart of test results
    • Test Case Failure Reasons displays a pie chart of failure reasons
    • Confidence Quality will display a histogram of confidence scores, and list all breaches of established confidence thresholds
    • Test Case Run Details will list each attempted test case, with its associated time stamp and completion status
