The EVENTS tab provides summary and detailed event data. Event data is generated from the Alerts & Notifications that are configured against call quality degradation using monitored locations, thresholds, platforms, modalities, session types, etc.
The alerts summary provides a breakdown of alerts and events based on the level of severity. The service-related events provides a list of devices and alerts and a Sessions histogram to illustrate how the particular event affects sessions. The Details tab provides a list of current events and historic events.
