Nectar CX Assurance 2025.2

Overview

The following Release Notes lists the new features, enhancements, and resolved issues included in the CXA 2025.2 product release. The following provides an overview of the release:

• Added a playback button for all the audio files in Testcase and Test modules.

• Added a special tag “Ignore Far End Disconnect” which treats a step/test as passed when the call is terminated at the far end.

• Added the option for an admin user to set custom error messages for different types of failures.

• Added the ability for users to specify rows to be executed from the data file of a voice testcase.

• Added speech parameters (speed, pitch and volume) when the step reply type is selected as Speech.

• Added new actions for sending shortcut keys, mouse hover and context click in web test steps.

• Added the option to introduce delays between the execution of the web testcase and its linked voice testcase.

• CXA-4081 - Web Test Cases - Allow users to specify rows to be executed from the data file of a voice testcase (linked to web test case).

• CXA-4132 - Org Settings - Added options for admin users to set custom error messages for different types of failures.

• CXA-4334 - Web Interaction Manager - Implemented a plugin to capture the RTC logs and sends them to DXP.

• CXA-4422 - Test Case and Test Module - Increases the expect to hear length to support up to 7000 characters.

• CXA-4509 - Web Test Case - Added mouse hover and mouse context click action capabilities to the web test case.

• CXA-4511 - Web Test Case - Adds keyboard “Send Shortcut Key” action to send keys with CTRL, SHIFT and ALT keys pressed.

• CXA-4512 - Web Test Case - Provides the ability to add delay between the execution of linked voice testcase in a Web Test Case.

• CXA-4527 - Org Settings - Enabling Dynamic Entity ID for each organization to allow two org to use same SSO provider.

• CXA-4065 - Test Case and Test Module - Fixes the special tag “disconnect_confidence”

• CXA-4102 - Discover and Design - Fixes issues with editing crawled steps.

• CXA-4107 - Test Cases - Testcases move to different organization upon specific actions.

• CXA-4213 - Report Dashboard - Fixes issues with opening screenshots at test step run results.

• CXA-3408 - Settings - Fixes an issue where TTS settings changes to "None" when an org admin changes some values in settings page.

• CXA-4361 - Campaign - Fixes an issue where the scheduler service XMS event mechanism fails when there are special unicode characters in testcase name.

• CXA-4398 - Test Module - Fixes an issue where adding a step with name "Make call" removes all existing test steps of that test module.

• CXA-4463 - Outbound Test Case - Fixes an issue where cloning an outbound test case does not display its linked inbound test case in UI.

• CXA-4504 - Discover and Design - Fixes an issue that published test cases from DIVR cannot be executed when name contains special characters (e.g., +).

• CXA-4589 - Folder Structure - Fixes folders disappearing on random actions being performed.
