Nectar CX Assurance 2026.0

Overview

The following Release Notes lists the new features, enhancements, and resolved issues included in the CXA 2026.0 product release. The following provides an overview of the release:

• Added a module “Quick Test” enabling user to direct dial a number or use a quick test.

  • Added a flag to mark any Testcase to enable for Quick Test

  • Show the runs in the Quick Test screen with the status of. the runs

  • Add the Quick Test run results in Report Dashboard

• Added capability to use data driven column names for test case name.

• Added APIs to manage user for CXA.

• Allow disabling the user to stop them from logging in the application.

• Increased the character limit of Media File description to 2048 characters.

• Allow encryption of columns in Data Manager files.

• Added the Web Interaction step to send TOTP (MFA Token).

• Allow user to bulk upload of DIVR using CSV file with max row of 10,000.

• CXA-4048 - Implementation of Quick Test Module to perform direct dial to a number and run a quick test testcase.

• CXA-4624 - Implement TOTP MFA Virtual Authenticator and Agent Secret Management Portal.

• CXA-4631 - Support batch CSV upload for row-based IVR auto discovery

• CXA-4633, 4634 - Add language pack in AWS and DWP prod servers.

• CXA-4661 - Aurora PostgreSQL 17.7 Version Upgrade

Resolved Issues

• CXA-4165 - System does not pick the possible replies (to crawl down further), in a sequential way.

• CXA-4438 - Campaign manager - System imports the value of override called number, though the import template has "Override called number" flag set to "False".

• CXA-4439 - Campaign Manager - When a daily schedule type campaign is imported in XML format, the schedule type changes to "Interval schedule".

• CXA-4524 - Test Module template download button missing in import test module screen.

• CXA-4643 - Data Manager - Edit and Delete Buttons are Not Working for Data-Driven File Columns

• CXA-4653 - Settings - Unable to edit and update profile in carrier info section.

• CXA-4664 - Report dashboard - Sip details are not getting displayed in reports.
