Technical Notes

If you are using Foundation APM, release 2021.3 must be installed prior installing Nectar DXP. For more information, contact Nectar Support.

New Features

  • Analytics Module

    • Reports

      • Captures database queries in browser for Analytics APIs.

      • APIs for Report configurations.

      • Reports list table has pagination.

      • Reports Auto-update function.

      • Under Analytics Reports, the following Actions are available:

        • Edit report

        • Delete report

        • View report

        • Run now report (process created report)

        • Download (PDF & CSV)

      • Create Report Wizard

        • Widgets Selection section allows you to select and deselect various Widgets such as:

Improvements

  • Architectural backlog:

    • Spring boot upgrade from 2.6 to 2.7

  • UI/UX Improvements:

    • Admin tab:

      • Advanced Settings > Configuration: Modified UI layout & appearance.

      • Configuration > Data Sources: Listed Platforms are in alphabetical order.

  • Breadcrumbs improvement: Active page selection appears black (e.g., Call Details > Historic) and previous page selection appears gray.

  • Performance improvement to the “Search users” text field (search by single letter).

Bug Fixes

  • Cisco WebEx Session: Call Details data was missing on the Advanced page.

  • Admin > Configuration > Data Sources: Web RTC Sources were not displaying.

  • The “Share a link” feature was not working properly.
