    1. Navigate to https://necreporter.us.nectar.services/

    2. Click "Test Points" from the Active Tests menu.

    3. Click Resource Group. Enter a customer. Such as Nectar-Users.

    4. Select the Nectar-Users Resource group." This will narrow the list to just the End Points in that group.

    5. Click the "Search:" field.

    6. Type "End point client name". Such as Downey. This will narrow the list down to End Points that have the word Downey in it.

    7. Click the binoculars icon.

    8. This will bring up the Agent Identity screen. You will see agent name, description, Domain and organization information.

    9. Click "Agent Status" tab. This will show license information and other End Point specific settings.

    10. Click "Agent Health" to get the End Points health and disconnect reasons.

    11. Click "Agent Tests". This will give you a list of the tests that agent has performed over the last 24 hrs.

    12. Click "Agent Results".

    13. Click on binoculars of a specific test to get detail on each test ran.

    14. Click "Agent Log"

    15. Select the "Test Type" option.

    16. Click the Fetch Logs button. If any logs exist for the log type they will show up at the bottom.
