Overview
This course is tailored for administrators who need to understand and perform the tasks needed to administer Advanced Diagnostics in a UC environment.
Course Objectives
Supply the information necessary for you to:
- Locate and use the Advanced Diagnostics reference resources.
- Understand Advanced Diagnostics terminology.
- Explain the purpose and features of Advanced Diagnostics
- Explain the components of the Advanced Diagnostics architecture.
- Discuss how UC-related data is gathered and used by Advanced Diagnostics
- Use the CLI Help function to decide the use and syntax of CLI commands.
- Complete the more common CLI administrative tasks.
- Use the web-based management UI to provide administrative support for an Advanced Diagnostics installation.
Course Highlights
This course will help you to:
- Understand the roles of UCD-P, UCD-M, and UCD-A appliances in Advanced Diagnostics.
- Manage Advanced Diagnostics users.
- Use the reference resources to perform the most common administration-related tasks with CLI commands and through the web-based management UI.
- Troubleshoot Advanced Diagnostics component-related issues.
