This course is for support personnel who use Advanced Diagnostics to diagnose UC session issues.
Course Objectives
Supply the information necessary for you to:
- Locate and use Advanced Diagnostics reference resources.
- Understand Advanced Diagnostics terminology.
- Describe the opportunity addressed by Advanced Diagnostics in the UC marketplace.
- Explain the purpose and features of Advanced Diagnostics
- Describe the components of the Advanced Diagnostics architecture.
- Explain how to use the Advanced Diagnostics UI to find alarm, alert, and KPI information.
- Use queries to gather the information needed to diagnose UC session issues.
- Supply use cases for Advanced Diagnostics.
