This course is for support personnel who use Advanced Diagnostics to diagnose UC session issues.

Course Objectives

Supply the information necessary for you to:

• Locate and use Advanced Diagnostics reference resources.
• Understand Advanced Diagnostics terminology.
• Describe the opportunity addressed by Advanced Diagnostics in the UC marketplace.
• Explain the purpose and features of Advanced Diagnostics
• Describe the components of the Advanced Diagnostics architecture.
• Explain how to use the Advanced Diagnostics UI to find alarm, alert, and KPI information.
• Use queries to gather the information needed to diagnose UC session issues.
• Supply use cases for Advanced Diagnostics.

• Understand the components of the Advanced Diagnostics architecture and how they communicate.
• Effectively navigate the Advanced Diagnostics web-based management UI
• Use reference resources to find and use the procedures needed to run Advanced Diagnostics
