Nectar CX Assurance 2023.3.1

Overview

The Release Notes for CXA 2023.3.1 provides a list of the new features, enhancements, and resolved issues. It includes:

• Support for Single Sign On (SSO) for Admin users. (CXA-3445)
  

• Web interaction from parent organization to suborganization. (CXA-3465)
  

• Support for two-way recording for quick run test cases in Test Case Manager. (CXA-3466) 

• Encrypted information in the application properties file. (CXA-3432)
  

• Increased log retention, size, and location. (CXA-3439)

Features/Enhancements/Resolved Issues

• CXA-3346 - Campaign Manager - Resolved issue with campaign that showed to be running, but no test cases were run and no reports were generated.

• CXA-3367 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with missing Speech Locale information in the failure alert email when a test case with reply type, Speech, fails.
  

• CXA-3391 - Report Dashboard - Resolved issue with missing Speech Locale label in Call Detail report for a test case run with reply type, Speech.

• CXA-3420 - Test Case Manager - Resolved issue with aborted test case run that has lengthy IVR prompt and error was Media Server Recovering.

• CXA-3432 - Added encrypt information in the application properties file. 

• CXA-3439 - Increased log retention, size, and location. 

• CXA-3442 - Settings - Resolved issue with profiles and Media Server Settings.  

• CXA-3445 - Added support for Single Sign On (SSO) for Admin users. 

• CXA-3446 - Implemented the cleanup of the ZIP release to delete the contents of the folders. 

• CXA-3455 - Resolved issue with the standalone Media Server Monitoring service.
